About the Fund
Is your roof leaking, damaged, or in urgent need of replacement?
The Stay Rooted Repair Fund is a limited pilot program offering completely no-cost, professional roof replacements to qualifying neighbors.
Our mission is simple: helping you protect your greatest asset, secure your property, and stay safely rooted in your home and community.
Am I Eligible?
To qualify for this pilot program, households must meet the following criteria:
- Owner-Occupied: You must own and currently live in the home as your primary residence.
- Location Limits: Your home must be located within the Lindsay Heights pilot boundary (W Walnut St to W Locust St, and N 20th St to N 8th St).
- Income Verification: Must meet standard household income verification guidelines.
- Active Need: The home must require a full structural roof replacement.
Our Neighborhood Footprint
The Stay Rooted pilot is strictly focused on a 12-block by 6-block catchment area within the Lindsay Heights neighborhood.
North Border: W Locust St | South Border: W Walnut St
West Border: N 20th St | East Border: N 8th St
If your home is located on either side of these boundary streets, you are eligible to apply.

We coordinate a standard property title clearance check through a local title company to confirm ownership.

We perform a physical quality walkthrough together to ensure your complete satisfaction.
