David Griggs
David brings over a decade of real estate experience spanning commercial and residential property management, leasing, and construction. A University of St. Thomas graduate with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, he has worked across the full spectrum of the industry — from single-family homes to Class A office space, and with organizations ranging from small local firms to CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company. He is also a graduate of the Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program through LISC. David co-founded One 5 Olive to build something focused on execution and rooted in the communities where the work actually happens.
Gregory Davis
Gregory’s path to One 5 Olive runs through political science, multimedia production, legal research, and property management — a range that reflects how he thinks about problems. He served as controller at Renters Warehouse, where he played a central role in growing their managed portfolio from 30 to over 300 units. A graduate of the ACRE program through LISC and holder of an Architecture & Design certificate from Harvard University, Gregory brings both analytical depth and creative range to every project One 5 Olive takes on. He co-founded One 5 Olive to apply that range where it matters most — solving complex housing challenges in Milwaukee and across Wisconsin.
