Critical Repair
Critical Repair
One 5 Olive works alongside nonprofits and government entities to deliver critical home repairs — roofs, porches, foundations, and kitchen and bath rehabilitations — for low-to-moderate income homeowners across southeastern Wisconsin. Leveraging grant dollars, low-interest loans, and other beneficial financing mechanisms administered by our partners, we manage the construction so homeowners don’t have to. To date, One 5 Olive has served 30+ homeowners in partnership with Revitalize Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, and the City of Sheboygan.

Neighborhood Reinvestment
Beyond formal city programs, One 5 Olive has independently acquired and rehabilitated 25 units across 23 properties on Milwaukee’s north and northwest side — including Rufus King, Lincoln Park, Harambee, Old North Milwaukee, and Lincoln Creek, among others. Properties were sourced through tax foreclosure, mortgage foreclosure, and direct purchase from absentee owners. The majority have been sold, returning stabilized homes to private ownership.
